Coaching / Mentorship

We are a different type of organization, different than other Coaches and Mentors, here is why.

We are based as a not-for-profit organization, this means any profit that is gained is placed back into the organization, a 501c3 is part of the operational foundation, so your investments will be a tax deduction as well as helping other organizations and educational tools for business and personal development.

Coaching

The term Coaching has taken on a life of its own over the past several years. It can be a watered-down service that say the same thing to every client, that is not bad, but it may be ineffective for you and your needs.

Our team has been coaching small to medium sized startups and business owners for over 45 years. There have been many starts and stops, some not so good and some great.

We will never tell you that it has been perfect or easy. But we have learned a lot along the way. And we can now share that experience with you.

Mentorship

Mentoring can be a hard thing to do and to accept. We as business owners don't like to be told what to do, but none the less we need to listen and learn from other experiences.

Mentorship is the next level of coaching, it is much the same as coaching, but more targeted, more involved, and more intimate as it relates to business strategies.

It is a directed action towards an agreed upon result, so there may be hard times and hard questions, as well as hard answers coming from a mentor.

Board Position

As a Board Member it is upon those that accept these positions to actually engage with the community of the company and place our connections, networks, and resources to bear in order to create results.

Thes will usually be a year engagement with a different compensation allocation, equity, in-kind, or services that may be utilized by outside clients.

Due to the close relationship between the Board and the Executive team a further and deeper understand of the organization will be necessary and encouraged.
